Johnny Estrada traded to the Mets catcher after the New York team acquired him today from the Milwaukee Brewers. Estrada was traded to the Mets for pitcher, Guillermo Mota.

Johnny Estrada, 31 year old, had a .278 batting average this last season with 10 home runs and 54 RBIs. He has been in the MLB for 6 years now. Earlier this year in October it was reported that Estrada had to have surgery on his left knee.

Last year Johnny Estrada made $3.4 Million.
