I think it’s all a SCAM. Very elaborated, but a scam.
how is it a scam? they already have your name and address and do not ask for anything more.
perfectly legitimate.
I just want to get my $25.00 free of charge.
Check out SNOPES on your browser, they claim the refund offer to be true. I’m going to check once more with The Chamber of Commerce.

Tell me more aboutit.
I am military and have lived in a foreign country for the last two years. I have spent a significant mount money as you would imagine because of the foreign currency. I have estimated that I have spent quite a lot of money on currency exchange. If this is not a HOAX I would be entitled to a decent refund. My only question is this? Why did they ask for my account # on the form? That is not something I normally give out. I am very hesitant to do that. I will wait to see how this all plays out before I proceed.
Tell me how I can get the $25.00 thank you! Robert
Where do I put the Refund Id # thank yot Robert Tyson
the credit card was in my husband name, he die on 1998, may I claim on his name
Not a scam. It was in the paper.
My wife and myself travel internationally every year for business and pleasure for the past thirty years.
How can we sign up?
I did some research on lexisnexis and westlaw- it’s legit. The class action suit has entered a settlement agreement: if you are a member of the class (someone who used their card internationally in the 96-06 period) and you don’t like the settlement, you better get on the ball because the court has set a date by which you must opt out and object– I just forgot it, it’s in the docs, I think a couple weeks from now– The letters found at yahoo.biz and reuters are part of the notification of settlement process- as were the bulk snail mails. The firm handling the case for the class is Berger and Montague, which checks out, too. Given all this, I still thought that some really smart scammer might have set up this website to trap members of the class– but the website is specifically mentioned in the plan of settlement, as it is in all the public notices. There is no question in my mind this is legit.
how do I find out how much money i spent and what is owed to me when I did not keep credit reciepts and I purchased tickets for family members as well as paid their expense.
I spent some time on travel outside the U.S. Ifthere is anything coming to me in refunds, just tell me how to reply and get it. That’s all.
I can’t see where to go to file on the Internet – I don’t see the application.
Isn’t it interesting how we all received notification we have $ coming to us, but we are
all unable to get it?
It’s just another legal dog and pony show. By the time you get your $25 you will have labored for $100 at minimum wage. I just work for $1 typing this. ha ha

What must I do to get a refund on my purchase of a leather jacket while in Spain in Sept.2006?
We spent $21,832.58 for foreign transactions in the time period you indicated. There is no place on the refund request sheet to put this figure. Can I put it on the request sheet and will it be acknowledged?
Thank you,
Orville D. Milburn
