Westroads Mall Shooting

Westroads Mall shooting took place today and took 8 lives. A lone gunman started shooting in the mall located in Omaha, Nebraska. It has been reported that there have been a handful of other people injured during the shooting.

The police are still investigating the crime that recently took place. Police responded shortly after a 911 emergency call came from someone that was in the Westroads mall. The shooter after injuring and killing others, took his own life. Many witnesses said that they heard anywhere from a dozen to two dozen shots fired.

The gunman has been identified as Robert Hawkins, 19 years old. As more details become aware we’ll keep you updated on more breaking news.
