Megan Kanka kill will not be executed due to a New Jersey ban. New Jersey has abolished the death penalty in their state. Jesse Timmendequas killed Megan Kanka back in 1994.
Megan Kanka was a 7 year old girl who was raped and murdered by Timmendequas. After her death “Megan’s Law” was introduced which had the authorities make known to neighborhoods if a convicted sex offender was living in the area.
Timmendequas had been earlier convicted of two different sex crimes. He along with eight other men will serve life sentences without the option of parole. For more breaking news on this story stay tuned.

He better be in solitary confinement or he will deservedly get the death penalty, and not in such a human way, either.
