I love everything I have tried so far. Recently, I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic. According to the diabetic classes I have taken, I have to count carbs. South Beach allows me a lot of choices. I also carry the bars with me in case of low blood sugar. Thank you.

I have tried a few of the bars but very interested in trying the new samples and new varieties. Whose very shocked that they could have so much flavor and be good for you and help you loose weight
