June Jones SMU Football Coach now after leaving Hawaii. It’s being reported that he will take the head coaching job at the Texas university.
June Jones led Hawaii to the Sugar Bowl against the Georgia Bulldogs. Though they did not appear very strong during that game the Hawaii football program was undefeated until then. Jones has been known for his passing offense, led by Colt Brennan this year.
There has been no official confirmation that June Jones accepted the SMU position but it has been rumored that he will get around $2 million a year for five years. Stay tuned for more breaking news on this developing story.
