Beth Modica charged with rape of minors. Beth Modica, a former district attorney in Rockland County, is charged with felony rape and other sexual abuse counts.

Modica allegedly had sex with members of her son’s hockey team. The mother of four has also been accused of providing alcohol and pot to the 16 year old boys. She will be arraigned on Tuesday.
