State of the Union Address 2008 speech tonight by President George W. Bush. The President’s approval ratings have been at a low. The President addressed American as well as Congress.

The State of the Union Address 2008 had information about Iraq, Tax rebates, and improving the borders. George W. Bush’s terms have been difficult with both 9/11 and the War on Terrorism. He did announce that over 20,000 troops will be coming home and that we are improving our status in Iraq.
