VISA IPO Date Coming Soon

The big credit card company filed today to offer up around 406 million shares. The VISA IPO date coming soon, many are not sure if this is a good or bad idea. Forbes reported that VISA is hoping to gain about $19 billion from it’s first initial public offering.
It is projected that VISA IPO date will be somewhere in March. They filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission today. Mastercard also went public and has seen a huge rise in it’s shares. The expected cost of the shares from VISA are between $37-$42.
The market has been interesting and not completely stable so VISA IPO may be taking a gamble but if they follow in MasterCards foot steps they will be in good shape.
