Myron Cope Death? The 35 year broadcaster for the Pittsburgh Steelers football team has died from respiratory failure. He was 79 years old.
Many people are sad today with the news of the Myron Cope death. He was a fan favorite and had been with the football team so long that so many people knew him and loved him. He retired from broadcasting prior to the 2005 football season.
Aside from broadcasting Myron Cope was well known for something else he created. The Terrible Towel is a gold and black towel that was used by Steelers fans at the football games.
