Mike Smith of the group Dave Clark Five Died. The lead singer, Smith, was 64 years old. AP reported that the band was about two weeks from being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Mike Smith died in a hospital near London. The cause of death of the singer was pneumonia. The Dave Clark Five group was big back in the 1960’s along with other British Invasion bands.
