Ed Begely is no longer associated with them and one of their distributors took  $12,400 from me and never installed the system and it doesn&#039;t appear the company Z-Tech their  distributor or Pacwind care.
 
See my site for details.  Some of the information was provided by Ken Johnson former VP of business development for PacWind.  He also stated that the system does not work as PacWind suggests.

		<description>Does anyone know if this is a publicly traded company?  If not, do they intend to go public anytime soon?  Their website mentions stock (along with the associated warning that you should investgate before buying etc, etc, etc ........) but doesn&#039;t give any further information.</description>
