Airborne Lawsuit results in Airborne Settlement for $23.3 Million.  The class action lawsuit alleged that Airborne Health, Inc. provided false advertising for the benefits of their product.  The company claimed that their product provided the ability to cure or prevent the common cold as well as other therapeutic benefits.

    This is very sad to hear. I feel the supplement helped me get over colds faster. I never believed this product to heal my sickness but instead help strengthen the immune system to fight the common cold.
