William Morva Murder Trial Update

William Morva who is on trial for the murder of two men back in 2006 may face the death penalty. The two victims were Sheriff Deputy Eric Sutphin and Security guard Derrick McFarland. Morva who was being treated for an injury at the Blacksburg Hospital escaped while he was already an inmate.
It was said that at the William Morva murder trial that Morva himself seemed to be almost happy, not caring at all. The court room and jury heard testimony from about the two innocent people that were killed. On Morva’s defense they tried to make him out to be gentle and kind.
The jury suggested that Morva get the death penalty in this case. It is said by a psychiatrist who analyzed William Morva, is that he suffers from schizotypal personality disorder. We’ll provide more updates on this case and others as they come available.
