The lawsuit claimed that the Nancy Benoit pictures were never consented to.  They wanted punitive damaged from Hustler magazine from publishing nude photos of Nancy Benoit.

This sad story which ended with Chris Benoit killed Nancy and there 7 year old son before taking his own life.  It would be really nice if the this could just be put to rest so the Benoit family and friends can make an attempt at moving on with their lives.  The Nancy Benoit pictures lawsuit is not helping the matter.

It is reported that Golden Girl Estelle Getty death happened around 5:30 am this morning.  Getty played Sophia Petrillo in the Golden Girls TV show.  She also starred with action star Sylvester Stallone in “Stop! Or My Mom will Shoot.”

Khia Edgerton drowning happened sometime the morning of July 21st.  K Swift started to DJ at the age of 11 years old.  She has been very successful with being a DJ and owning a business called Club Queen Entertainment.

Miley Cyrus Vanity Fair images were revealed back on Friday on Entertainment Tonight. Since then it has caused a lot of criticism of the young actress/singer. The biggest problem to most of those that are critical of these pictures is that she is only 15 years old.

After the release of the Miley Cyrus Vanity Fair images and all the buzz, she has reportedly said that she is “embarrassed” of the Vanity Fair shoot. Many think we are seeing more and more of younger role models being sexualized in our society. It was reported by People Magazine that Miley’s parents were present during the photo shoot. The Matt Leinart party pictures have disappointed the head coach of the Arizona Cardinals.  Apparently the two have discussed the situation and the coach hopes Matt Leinart realizes that he can’t be doing that type of stuff.  Although the Matt Leinart party photos are not shedding a good light about him they could have been a lot worse. 

Considering the types of photos that have been leaked on the Internet in regards to high profile people the Matt Leinart party pictures really are not bad at all.  They could have been so much worse and could have caused a lot more trouble for the NFL player.  If we hear any more news about the scandalous pictures we will provide an update. 

The scheme Harrison Hardbody Norris used was to convince poor woman, homeless women, or drug addicts that he would help them to become a professional female wrestler.  He would then coerce them into becoming prostitutes.  He would even take advantage of them by bailing them out of jail and then using the money they owed at bait to make them keep being prostitutes. 

The Harrison Hardbody Norris conviction took place last November where he was convicted on 24 counts which included commercial sex trafficking, witness tampering, and conspiracy.  He will be spending the rest of his life in prison and rightfully so.  The world does not need people like this on its street.  The Norris life in prison sentence is well deserved. 

The Sean Levert death comes as a big surprise considering his age.  The crazy thing is that his brother Gerald Levert died in his still back in 2006 at the age of 40.  This doesn’t really seem like there was not foul play involved considering both of them are now dead and such a young age.  Shawn levert and Gerald Levert formed the band “LeVert” back in 1984. 

Sean Levert was being held at the prison because he supposedly owed $80,000 in back child support.  An autopsy on his body is supposed to be conducted today and the results could be very interesting.  Many people will want to find out if he really did die from natural causes or if he was murdered.  If we hear any updated information we will provide an update on this story. 

Kate Bosworth has come out and said that herself and Jim Sturgess decided to have a few drinks and then just go for it during the filming of the movie.  She claims that the scene was brilliant for about 30 minutes and then it just got sloppy.  The Kate Bosworth sex scene is making a lot of headlines today because of this news.

The young actress said that they were drinking Grey Goose.  The Kate Bosworth sex scene got so sloppy that at one point she couldn’t even stand up anymore.  It seems it would be a little scary to not remember what you did and have the entire thing on film.  It makes you wonder if she has even watched what was filmed to see what actually happened.  We will provide an update if we hear anymore news about this story. 

Jay Barker engaged to Sara Evans come after Evans having a nasty divorce. She used to be married to Craig Schelske. The couple had three children together. Barker is currently hosting a sports talk radio show.
