The Aunt Jemima recall affects the Aunt Jemima Pancake & Waffle Mix original, Original complete, and Buttermilk complete products.  The products are sold in 5 pound boxes and 2 pound boxes and contain the best before dates of Feb. 8 2009 through Feb. 16 2009.  The company said that the pancake mix recall was caught early as most products have not even hit store shelves yet.
