Sgt. David Rodriguez is charged with the sexual assault of a teen girl back in February. Darlene is standing by her husband and they are saying that the allegations are completely false.

David Rodriguez is employed by the New Rochelle police department. Darlene Rodriguez is an anchorwoman on NBC’s Today in New York City. Rodriguez has been released on a $25,000 bail. The alleged victim is reported to be 17 years old.
