It is said that the Tax Rebate Plan will provide individuals with $600. Couples should receive $1200 and additionally $300 for each child. If you have made at least $3,000 in 2007 and paid federal taxes then you are eligible for this plan. Others that made $3,000 and didn’t pay federal taxes are still going to be eligible but the amount of rebate will be less.

It is stated that the Tax Rebate Plan 2008 checks should be going out around May and most people should receive the rebates no later then July. Some are not sure if this will actually help the economy but we’ll have to wait and see when the rebates actually come out. Check back for updates and more tax information in the future.
