The judge ruled that the Nancy Benoit Pictures that were taken by Mark Samansky did not violate here privacy.

The lawsuit claimed that the Nancy Benoit pictures were never consented to.  They wanted punitive damaged from Hustler magazine from publishing nude photos of Nancy Benoit.

This sad story which ended with Chris Benoit killed Nancy and there 7 year old son before taking his own life.  It would be really nice if the this could just be put to rest so the Benoit family and friends can make an attempt at moving on with their lives.  The Nancy Benoit pictures lawsuit is not helping the matter.
